This site is dedicated to creation of some mutual entrepreneurial environment for two organizations - Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), Taiwan and Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics (TUSUR), Russia to foster cooperation in research and commercialization between students, researchers and academics of two countries.

Both TUSUR and ITRI are actively pursuing а course of integrating its соrе competencies in research and education with аn enterprise role, and exploring new opportunities in this course of action.

This site is also intended to help two different research and business cultures converge closer yielding new opportunities to identify common entrepreneurial goals and to develop the best intercultural commercialization approaches to pursue them.
